I have purchased an OPPO A* **** with ORDER # ***-*******-******* dated **.**.****. I received this phone on **.**.****. When i have opened this phone I came to know that the SIM slot of the phone is not working and the IMEI number showing on Invoice is different from what is showing on Phone.
From that date i am repeatedly contacted you over telecon and also sent all required documents on your mail id - imagerequest@amazon.in & cs-reply@amazon.in.
Since then I have not received any clarity on my query and repeatedly receive false commitments from your end.
I am really very disappointed with the service and I have recordings of all your calls where it is clearly showing amazon false commitments.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
