Hisense tv I bought from reliance digital had an issue with display. As the TV was under warranty I raised a service request with reliance digital. Technician visited and confirmed the issue and said panel was damaged, TV needs to be replaced. Return was carried out on **th october. Since then neither replacement nor refund has been provided. All the mails and contact to customer care have been futile. Since ** days they are just repeating a common statement - "please wait, concerned team is working on it and they will contact you shortly". There is no way to escalate the issue as no contact numbers or email Ids of higher authority are available.
