I booked an AirAsia flight on from Bagdogra to Pune for **th Aug. However, suddenly on **th evening i received an email from the airline that my flight has been cancelled due to some operational issues and asked me to either claim for a refund or reschedule the journey date (however,the cancelled flight was still available with higher fair and the same flight did flewed on same date and time) for which i opted for refund because of the bad service from AirAsia airline. The moment i opted for the refund i received an email from AirAsia stating the complete refund has been processed and will be credited within *-* business days. The very next day i received an email from Goibibo stating the refund is in process and will be added to the GoCash (wallet) money which i can either use for future booking or transfer it to the source account. But the amount shared by Goibibo is not my complete refund. The amount which Goibibo wants to refund is Rs.****/- where I suppose to get the complete refund of Rs. ****/-. Why there is a deduction of money when the flight was cancelled by the airline and not by the customer. Secondly, as per Goibibo's email i should get the refund into the Gocash (wallet) by **th August which is still not been credited. I have sent numerous emails and got no response, googled their number and tried calling numerous time but no luck. Whenever i select the speak to our customer representative option the call gets disconnect. Sent numerous messages on Instagram and got no response. Commented numerous time on their Instagram post and still no resolution. It's been more than a week and i am still waiting for the refund which is my own money and Goibibo team doesn't give a damn about their customers query or understand the pain. I am suffering from Dengu and admitted in hospital. I am trying to calm myself by this Goibibo has made my life a hell. I am now going a mental trauma.
