Easemytrip.com - Refund refused

My flight PNRS***NJ **nd March by GoAir was canceled by the Airlines. I had also purchased free-cancellation insurance according to which I am liable to get the full refund but EaseMyTrip only issued my Rs *** and is not giving me reason for cancellation.
