We have booked a Flight from Ranchi to New Delhi on **.**.** & Our
PNR No is O**ZHF & Flight No G*-*** Ranchi (IXR) to New Delhi (DEL)
Journey Date **.**.** at **:** hrs ,
Suddenly on **.**.** Go air Cancelled our Flight No G*-*** & after
that on **.**.** Go Air Issue us Full Refund Itenary of Rs ****.** at
Ranchi Airport.
Go air Reply us that this your Full Refund Rs ****.** against
cancellation of Flight No G*-*** Ranchi (IXR) to New Delhi (DEL) will
be credited to GoIbibo on
same date –i.e-**.**.**** .
Regarding the above refund we have given you * mail on dated **.**.**
,**.**.** & **.**.** ,from our mail ID,but sorry to inform you that in
spite of our huge mail for refund & after passing of more then * month
,till today our refund Rs ****.** is not credited in our Bank
account-from which the payment is done by us on **.**.****.
Hereby we enclose Full Refund Itenary of Rs ****.** issued by Go
Air to us on **.**.***** for your ready ref pls.
