We had made a booking on Jet airways through Make My Trip. The Flight was cancelled in April **** by the airlines. Till Date we have not received a refund nor do we get any update from Make my Trip. have been following up for a year now and its just a blame game between the two companies in the midst of which i am suffering.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
