I have being using Videocon d*h services from * years i have old set top box inbuilt in smart T.V which is not in working condition. But i have already balance recharge in that Set top box. Now, I have purchased new Set top Box from Videocon d*h service provider and ask for balance transfer to my new set top box but they refuse to do so. Hence, I am login complaint against the same.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
