I am writing to formally address a longstanding issue regarding a Whirlpool refrigerator I purchased from Reliance Digital on July **th, ****. Almost immediately after the purchase, I noticed unusual noise emanating from the compressor. Despite lodging a complaint with the store, no action was taken by the respective team for nearly six months.
The situation worsened when a Reliance Engineer (ResQ) visited my residence to inspect the issue. Regrettably, during the examination, an incident occurred which resulted in the refrigerator shutting down between the *rd and *th of March, ****. Since that date, my family and I have been relentlessly following up with the Reliance Digital ResQ team. Despite numerous visits from engineers, the issue persists, with incorrect parts initially being ordered, and subsequent attempts to rectify the problem proving unsuccessful.
Upon being informed that the product is under warranty, we were assured that Whirlpool engineers would provide assistance. However, their inspection revealed irreparable damage to a wire within the appliance. Despite our repeated requests for a full refund, both Reliance Digital and Whirlpool have failed to provide a satisfactory resolution. As of today, a month has elapsed with no tangible progress from either party.
Therefore, I urge for immediate action to be taken to facilitate the full refund of the defective product and the prompt retrieval of the refrigerator from my premises. It is imperative to resolve this matter before the warranty period expires in July, as I fear that after this time, no further assistance will be forthcoming.
I trust that you will address this matter with the urgency and attention it warrants.
