I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent service I received from your Whirlpool service dealer. My refrigerator, which is only three years old, has a compressor that is covered under a ten-year warranty. Despite this, I was shockingly asked to pay for the compressor replacement.
This is unacceptable. A warranty is a guarantee of the product's durability and the company's commitment to quality. For the service dealer to disregard this warranty and demand payment is not only unethical but also a clear violation of the warranty terms. I have already paid ₹**** for the PCB to the service center person, which I find outrageous given that the compressor should have been replaced free of charge under the warranty.
I demand immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect a full explanation as to why I was asked to pay for a warranty-covered component and a refund for the unwarranted charges I have incurred. Additionally, I request that you ensure this issue is resolved promptly and that my refrigerator is repaired under the warranty terms without any further costs to me.
I trust this matter will be given the urgent attention it deserves. Should this not be resolved to my satisfaction, I will be compelled to escalate this issue further and seek redress through appropriate channels.
