- Refund of the cancelled ticket not given Closed

I have booked two Irctc tickets (Pnr Numbers: ********** & **********). After that, I have cancelled those tickets. And the Irctc has sent me a refund confirmation mail on **st January. But till date, I have not received that amount on my account. Previously I have sent few emails ( Ticket Ids- *******, *******, *******, *******, ******* for the Pnr ********** & *******, ******* for the Pnr **********) regarding the same and the last reply which I have got from their side was a requested to wait for *-* days as they have to send my details to the concerned department. But it is near about two months till the issue is not resolved. Even their customer support executives are not helping me, whenever I called them on their helpline no (**********), they are used to disconnect my call by saying that they are transferring my call to their superiors.
