ON **/**/**** , I cancelled my railway tickets PNR NO ********** through IRCTC ASK DISHA CHATBOT. The refund amount is Rs. ****.** as per IRCTC. But on **/**/**** my account has been credited by Rs **** only. Hence my loss is Rs****.**
