I had booked a floght seat through Clear trip Pvt. Limited. They had a plan called Flexifly through which one could change flight without any change fare. As per their policy during change customer has to pay and further on insurance team will send intimation through mail for settlement initiation. Customer would be asked with details of bank for settlement. This process of settlement initiation was not done for my change of flight for which I had paid INR ****. When I asked Clear trip customer care they asked me to write a mail to Digit (The Insurance company) When I wrote they keep saying amount is already settled and keep closing my complaint. Actually thy have settled only my Onward journey change fare not the return Journey change fare. When I took it back to Clear trip they again ask me to initiate mail discussion with Digit. Both Clear trip and Digit Insurance are making me run back & forth and I see no initiation of settlement. Request your support in this.
