I had on ** Feb **** booked tickets for * people for travel from San Francisco - New York for travel on ** May **** by Delta Airlines. I had paid an amount of INR ***** under the freedom fare scheme which refunds the whole amount in case of cancellation of tickets for any reason. Due to COVID **, the flight has been canceled and I am asking for a refund. But, Cleartrip is not obliging their responsibility despite my entitlement of refund under freedom fare irrespective of their business connection with Delta for such a trip. Please help me in resolving this.
