- Refund of canceled Air India ticket Open

Dear Sir/Madam,
I was trying to book the ticket for july *th ****, London to Bengaluru using Air India website. I had made the payment, money was deducted and it resulted in an error page. Because of which I had booked another ticket. There was no ticket generation in the website, but the ticket was mailed to the e-mail ID. Following are the details of the ticket:

I had called the Air India call centre and cancelled the ticket. But, I have not received the cancellation receipt or the refund till now. I had mailed to Air India as well many times but it is not even acknowledged. I am in need of money and please persuade Air India for refund.
