We issued business class tickets on your portal.
Later, we did date change for the "return sector" paying the extra amt (new ticket numbers mentioned below)

However now the flights are not taking off and my parents Visa has expired as well and they are required to return back. In light of the current situation we are now looking for a Vande Bharat flight for them . Since they are elderly couple we are exploring the best option for them. We have discussed this multiple times with different personnel at Ease my trip ( Jay,Prerana,Shivani, gulfam etc etc)
We have been following up with your office since the last whole week and have not got a satisfactory response on the refund
Ultimately we Physically visited the Air India office today and discussed the case with them. They were very supportive and assured us a refund of Rs ***** approx per ticket i.e Rs *,**,*** in total approx. The manager asked us to request you to raise the BSP for the same, and rest they will do . (pl do the accurate refund calculations, considering the fare difference payment also that we did at the time of date change for return sector in jan ****. In all we have already paid some * Lacs approx for these tickets)
Considering that we had patronised your services for booking these tickets at the first instance, they (Air India Ahmedabad office Manager ) advised us to apply to Ease my trip for a refund .
With this background , we request you to CANCEL both the abv mentioned tickets and process the refund, so that we can come to early conclusion to this, work ahead and get my parents to travel back home safely.
