I made the booking Trident jaipur from ease my trip on **.**.**** my booking ID is-EMT********* i got the mail and message from the ease the trip that my booking were confirmed after that I have done all the further arrangements ,suddently on **.**.**** when i confirmed my booking from the the hotel they denied that such booking id is not showing to them. when I called the customer care * times they said your booking is confirmed hotel will contact you in * hours but few hours later i got a mail and call that your booking is cancelled due to techinal issue and we will refund your amount and this is very disheartening Refund is not the solution for the mess ease my trip had created.this is very unethical and ridiculous.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
