i booked the ticked for Chennai to Nairobi by PNR LSTEAG THRU EASE MY TRIP ON ** TH APRIL ****.
IN MAY I GOT THGE MESSAGE FROM ITIHAD AIRLINES THAT THE FLIGHT WHICH WE HAVE BOOKED FOR **-**-***** HAS BEEN CANCELLED . AND I WAS IN TOUCH WITH THEM AND THEY SAID WE SHOULD LODGE THE CLAIM THRU THE AGENT EASERMY TRIP. ACCORDINGLY * RD MAY **** I MADE REFUND CLAIM OF RS ***** /- FOR CANCELLED TRIP AS FLIGHT BY ITIHAD HAS BEEN CANCELLED THE TRIP WITH THE REASON OF AIRLINES CANCELLED THE FLIGHT. TILL DATE BOTH THE AGENCIES AIRLINES AND EASEMY TRIP ARE NOT GIVING MY REFUND NOR GIVING PROPER REPLY.,
