In **** year I have paid ****** rupees to edterra travel company for my son's educational tour which was planned in April ****. But due to covid situation trip was cancelled with reason of pandemic condition all over the World.. after April month onwards edterra has deniying for refund..this paid amount is for education and edterra travel company is finding some excuses like roll over trip which is not at all accepted to me in this pandemic condition.. edterra travel company is not transparent on refund.
