Hi Team,
Due to spice Jet i have faced lot of issue on **-June-**** and the other flight like Indigo were running on *-June-****, from BLR-BOM
So i want my full refund in my account not in the credit shell.
i am attaching the screenshot for cancellation of my flight PNR:KF***K
Because of this i lost lot of money by travelling by road,
So i am requesting you to give the full refund in my account ASAP.
Hope you will understand the situation.
I have booked the flight on behalf of some other person because they need help in this corona situation and they were migrants worker and but due to a spice jet problem they have cancelled the flight, now they are not ready to give refund they are telling the you can use the credit shell but the problem is that we can book the flight for the same person , in this case i have lost my money because i can't book the flight using credit shell also . so please given the full refund in my bank account, because i am need of money and because of spice jet i lost so much money
