We got to know we need hard copy of visa at boarding counter ans my husband had to rush to immigration help at spicejet counter where they took ** min to take out a print out, that too a poor quality print out..
We reached airport at * to board a flight to dubai at *:**
But due to inefficient services of spicejet, we missed the flight, with no refund
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
