- Refund of air ticket ^Closed

I am a frequent flyer and booking tickets online,
I tried to book one air ticket from Jaipur Rajasthan to Jabalpur MP, on * may ****, money INR ****, for booking amount deducted immediately after booking, but I didn't get any tickets neither in mail nor in SMS,
when I enquired about the same, the goibibo representative ensure me that they didn't receive any money that's why they didn't booked the tickets, then I checked my account statement, in which it was showing that the booking amount has been transferred to the goibibo Gurgaon,
Then i shared the account statement with the goibibo representative in mail, but they told me that the money has been stuck in between the bank and goibibo,
they ensured in even in email that they didn't received money,
so they have suggested me to inquire with bank, I have launched a complaint regarding this matter in bank SBI, they asked me to wait for ** hrs, as I was not having time to wait, I rebooked the tickets with paytm, booking was successful, after ** hrs I asked to the bank about the complaint, they gave me complaint number and asked me to wait for ** days, after ** days my bank given me a assurance that the money was successfully transferred to the goibibo Gurgaon Haryana account as it's showing in account statement also,
now I have again talk with the representative of goibibo, now they are not responding and ensuring that this matter is under process with higher authority,
I strongly recommend every one never use goibibo for booking air ticket,

the same thing happened with me with PayTM but money came back to my account with in two days.

now I am planning for consumer forum for this matter...
