Homelane Interiors - Refund of advance payment for interiors

Homelane at the outset market itself as some one who does all the interior of a house but once you get in you get to know that it's not the case. They will only do fixed furnitures and make you buy movable furnitures like Sofa set, coffee table, dining table with chairs, beds. They also dont do bathroom interiors and balcony. This means with the quote that you get at the beginning you will get services which are very expensive and later you will have to spend more to get the movable furnitures.
This was the reason I did not want to go ahead with homelane and have asked for refund but their representative are not very cooperative with me.
Kindly help me in getting the refund from this homelane company.
