Homelane Interiors - Not ready to Refund booking Amount

I booked interiors work with HomeLane on Aug **, **** and paid an amount of Rs. ** ***
I had a few design sessions i come to know they are not able to fulfill the requirement. Homelane suggest me we will do half work and half work you need to do it from outside. I informed designer to stop this project and refund me the booking amount. but he did the forcefully masking with false commitment I had to do follow-ups constantly on my query's . They would reply after many days .
They're not ready to refund now. They're pestering and harassing me and are saying that I've to do a minimum billing of *.* Lakhs.
