We went for our first interior discussion on **** , Oct.
It was a smooth discussion we discussed about what we want and were happy with how they handled that phase and we booked them .
Our journey was a happy one only until we booked them. Post that one day, all other were nothing like it.
None of their team mates is responsible. our designer changed post first discussion itself.
No good ideas , no creativity, they just emphasised on wood work nothing else. i gave entire designing and ideas myself.
These guys never met on scheduled time, no updates on what is happening with our project,designer so dumb he will just say yes sir, no sir , nothing else. We escalated the scenario and even post that no impact on them. Then we decided to cancel the contract but per cancellation rule had to get a minimum of *.* Lac worth work done. So we finalised just kitchen and a wardrobe so around *-*L worth of work we finalised with them.
Its May **** now, our project is still not in production .
Their entire team, no will pick our call even if i call *-* times simultaneously.Their Manager Anusha( hyderada homelane studio) she is the most irresponsible manager I have seen in my life. She will take * days to even say I will get back on a query in whats app group. Called her today * times did not pick up the call.Asked her to meet us she said will meet post **tH may.We guys are literally begging to just get an update despite the fact we invested *-*L there.
On top of that Anush said we do not qualify for ** days commitment as our granite is still not removed from Kitchen ( which we got removed day after they came for masking) and as our society as * hrs silent period.They are litrelly looting the customer. i would never recommend anybody to even consider homelane :(
