It's very annoying that I did a booking from your site for a stay at a lodge on kaziranga national park for one night from **-*st January, ****. Though you did sent your voucher, as we reach the hotel they didn't had the voucher, the voucher was not sent to them and it was said that they said to Cleartrip to close or mark as sold out for their hotel but that was not done by Cleartrip, however I faced a lot of issues for this and went through a lot of emotional turmoil for this, I request you to refund my money as I haven't stay there and I think the harassment I had to go through just because of the lack of miscommunication and glitch from your side , I urge to take this matter seriously.
This is the trip Id ************- and it's responsibility to make a communication even now with the hotel and refund my money, and I tried my best to call at your helpline number but I was assure that I will receive a call from your end but I haven't received any, such a low key customer service, how can even people trust your site, it's terrible!
I have attached an image which has the trip Id my payment details again with the name of the hotel.
Look into it as soon as possible.
