Jio Telecom - Refund not yet received
Naveen shrivastava filed complaint against Jio Telecom on Dec 28, 2018
It is with regards to MNP request raised in June where i paid *** via paytm against fee. Later my request got rejected due to some reason. When i contacted to customer care about refund, it is been told to me that money will be refund in form of DD with in ** days. Unfortunately today almost *** days are over and i did not received anything till now. I am continuously following Jio team but no revert.
Every time I have got different service request number -
