Jio Telecom - Incoming calls not receiving from other network on Jio

Dear Team,

This is my very bad experience as a new customer of Reliance JIO after mnp from Idea

I port my Old Idea number ********** to Jio , after mnp am unable to get incoming calls from all other networks ( AirTel, Vodafone, Idea etc ) on my ported Jio number.

I called multiples time to JIO call center they provide me multiple complaint number

( *st# Sr*****UX*WR, *nd# SR*****UZMCY *rd# SR*****V*DTF ) however no resolution yet.

I can do calls on other networks.

I would request you please consider my issue on high priority as please think if your Incoming call facility stopped then how will impacted your personal and Professional life with incoming calls.

Still waiting for urgent issue resolving response.
