From the first day of my Jio telecom connection, network strength in my location (Nimta Golbagan, Kolkata, North Dum Dum-******) is very weak. I can't watch videos on YouTube, can't chat in WhatsApp, can't access Google and can't anything which is related to network connection properly. So, I complained in customer care for those problems but didn't get any solutions. Further, I complained about the same and don't get any solutions. Now, sometimes I can't voice call to the others or when it's possible then either I can't listening to the other's voice or they can't listening to my voice clearly. Day by day, network issues being very bad. So, again I complained and now my service request no. is SR*****SAGOF. When I ask about my problems to the customer care they only telling me that "please wait, you will get better network connection".
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
