Jio Telecom - Fake promises of 4G

As we see that Jio telecom announced the *g network in India. Therefore I bought a Jio sim for my *g mobile and recharge *** in every * months. But in reality, the network is going down day by day i.e downloading speed of **/** kbps and uploading speed of */* kbps now. I am facing lots of problem for the poor network. JIO advertised fake promises of *g. Therefore I request you kindly to take the necessary action as soon as possible.
