I ordered a airpot from reliance digital on * aug **** and the due date of receving the product is *,* aug but i received it on ** aug almost * days delay and plus the product is also deffective. Within * days policy of return,cancel i returned the product.around ** aug the agent came and taked the product after that i didnt received any message from the company that they initiated the return policy than i call the customer care and told them the issue they said me that they inititated the return and accepted the issue and said that i will receive my money withing ** hours or withing *-*-* working days.but i didnt received ,after calling them *-* times they literally say maam we will look for it now it almost * month ** days i didnt received my money yet.please look at this matter and provide me the compensation of my loss and a apology from the company plus my refund also.
