- Refund not recieved fake assurance Open
I had three cancelled bookings with cleartrip in march **** * with vistara rs. **,*** and * with spicejet rs.**, *** total... When the flights got cancelled due to covid vistara sent the full refund to cleartrip in mid-march and since then they never sent it back to me... First they were completely denying that they have the money and they were saying we have already sent it to you on the same date... After months of delibrations they agreed that they still have the money and now they are saying we have processed the refund on **th of June but damn them again they are lying and i have repeatedly sent them my bank statement from first june up to date and each time they give me a new date and repeat the same shit afterwards that they have already sent it..... I have no clue what to do next and how to get my money back from them... Regarding the spicejet flights I incidentally got the money back some days back after the same months of delibrations and them denying they have any money from the airlines!! Please help me! I have attached some recent conversations it's almost impossible to attach all these months of conversation with them here!
Update: now their escalation department has stopped responding to my mails altogether since * days
