I booked a ticket on ** june **** and received a ticket without pnr and ticket number, and my amount got deducted and since june i m trying and calling emt coustomer service but they are not refunding my amount and saying a lie that we have already initiated the refund, its almost * month and i have not rec my refund, this is worst site ever i have seen with worst Coustmor service. I need my refund back or else this matter wilk go very high. Better return my amount. Its was ***** rps. U ppl are fraud i have recommend all my friends not to use emt as they are fraud.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
