On **th February ****, I had visited TGI Friday's, Elgin, Kolkata at *PM and another reservation at Chilis Grill and Bar, Kasba, Kolkata at *.**PM. While paying the bill at TGI Friday's, I wrongly paid the bill amount to Chilis American Grill and Bar via Google Pay - an amount of ₹****.
On the same day I contacted Dineout support and raised a ticket with number ******.
It has been * days (as of today, *th March) since my ticket was raised and issue was registered. Initially, I was informed by your support team that it would take *-* working days to issue the refund I had sought. I had received an email from complaints@dineout.co.in saying they are "working on it" but I haven't received any email from them after March *nd, nor have they replied to any new email sent.
I hereby seek a refund of the amount wrongly paid at Chilis American Grill and Bar, Kasba, Kolkata.
Attached below are the supporting documents viz., payment invoice of Chilis American Grill and Bar, payment invoice of TGI Friday's and the actual copy of the bill from TGI Friday's.
