I have placed order with swiggy on June *st for Rs.****. I have made the payment through google pay and the first time amount got deducted from my ICICI account but order was not placed. It asked me to make the payment again stating that the earlier payment will be refunded back to my account in *-** working days, therefore i again made the payment using Google pay that was linked to my HDFC account. Payment got deducted and the order was also placed. But still I have not received the refund amount first paid and I am not getting a proper response from your side. I am feeling that I am being cheated by guys and you just dont want to refund the amount. I used chat option and they said me that they have not received the payment first and asked me to contact my source back, when contacted so my source ICICI bank gave me confirmation saying that amount has been settled to Swiggy on the same day. Then again i contacted your chat and they confirmed that there is a prob with UPI payments and I will receive the refund in ** hours, its ** hours and I am running pillar to post to receive MY AMOUNT. you guys are simply not bothered, I even called the customer care centre and the excecutive response was so lethargic. I have been following up with you guys for * week now with no proper response or resolution. YOur management just wants money is it. I need my money immediately and I am attaching all the details you require.
