Sir I am book ticket * sep threw my amazon icici credit card to spice jet airlines. The flight has cancelled. And the airlines refund the money ****.but I have no received money . The agency says money return to travel agency ** sep ** to make my trip. Air PNR no is E*J**C. Plz help me. But make my trip not refund the money. Plz help me.
