I registered the request for termination of my account on **/**/****. The next procedure should be modem collection from their end which did not happen until I called customer care again in next month January. As per company policy, it takes ** days to deliver the cheque of refund amount to the registered address. Now after ** days, I have not received anything. On calling customer care, they just ask me to wait. I want strict action against this company for the unjustifiable delay in the procedure.
