I have booked ticket for myself and my wife for travel to Paris on *th April **** from Delhi and back to Delhi from Rome on **th April ****. Because of Pandemic the flights were cancelled.
Initially and at no. of times i received a confirmation that amount will be refunded back to me but never done.
Later MMT made an excuse that Aeroflot is not issuing the refund but they can provide the open Voucher for * years for any international travel.
As Aeroflot is not operating at all and we have plan to travel to London on **th July **** and back on **th July ****.
Request you to resolve this issue for me to either provide us the ticket for this travel or get me my money back to travel through any other operating Airlines.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
