- Refund Not Received Closed
After one year of thinking, I finally managed to make up my mind to take up the Byjus learning app for my daughter who is in class *, being a single parent I decided to make initial down payment of Rs.**** and the rest, which I was given as an option by the Byjus Sales Rep to be paid in EMI of Rs.**** in the next **months. After making the payment of Rs.**** on **th June the Sales Rep then influenced me to go for loan option which would be have be to be done through a credit card and I do not hold one. He kept me waiting for a week stating he was out on personal leave and later told me that I would have to talk to his manager to make the EMI process get started, but the call with manager never happened, and I just waited. Later he denied that it cant be processed to EMIs and the only option is loan which I was not in favor. When I asked for refund, he again 'disappeared'. Then I finally called up the customer service on *th July after waiting to hear from the Sales rep for close to a month and then asked to me write an email to cancellation team which I did on *th. Since then I have written then * times to which they only replied twice with only one statement - "the needed will be done" and I have called the customer service *-* times and spent over **-**mins asking the status of my refund to which I get lame, redundant responses as, "your request is being process, will update as soon as possible", when I asked them the timeline, they are all clueless. But on **th July, it was the heights when I had the customer service the *th time to check on my complaint as the insane supervisor suggested his subordinate that I should sent a reminder mail to Byjus again! I mean come on! How many times to I need to wake them up!!! Is it my job? Every to time leave my job and spend minutes and minutes burn my energy and waste time to track the status of my complaint and they all are clueless?
I really disgusted at Byjus, I do hope the owner Raveendran reads this and gets to know what careless clueless people he has hired and are working under him. I just want my refund, that's it.
