I have Cancelled the booking on **th February ****. They said refund will be credited in * days . But till now i have not received any amount of refund in my account. I create a complaint ticket. But they are sending auto emails by mentioning that they are tried to call on my number and it not reachable. But in actual they have not called even once.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
