I have been waiting for refund since Aug ****. I have sent thousands of emails to ecommerce team, del.refund team, escalation.web team, contactus airindia team but no one is bothered to resolve refund issue.
Airindia team is provided false statements saying refund has been issued in Jan **** but there is no such refund on bank account to date. I must say that air india employed incompetent, unskilled and staff without common sense. They are no able to resolve the refund issue. No one from team able to resolve the matter since Aug ****
