My booking is Cancelled due to fare expiration on Oct **,****. And i got call from company that my refund is initiated/processed on same day and I'll get my refund within **-**days. . Customer executive also not answering properly to my query. Every week they told me that I'll get my refund in next * days. But now ** days are passed and yet I've not received my refund.
