Hello,
I booked a ticket from cleartrip for my journey to Bahrain from Mumbai with AirArabia airlines on **th march. The trip was cancelled by airline due to covid **.I opted for a refund with cleartrip and they said youll receive refund after **days.I contacted cleartrip on twitter after **days they said they havent received money from the airline hence i have to wait.I called Airarbia airline to confirm, they said they have already refunded the money to cleartrip account on **th march.I again sent a dm on twitter with proof from Airarabia and now they stopped respondeing.I dont understand why my money has been held if the airline has already refunded the amount..Its been more than **days how much more should i wait.Iam stuck now
