Hi
I have booked ticket of train ***** from moradabad to Ludhiana.
I have to board train from moradabad at * am but train was late * hrs and it came **:am at moradabad.
Then it was announced at moradabad station train will not move further it has been cancelled.
I came back home.
Next day amarujala moradabad it was clearly mentioned train ***** has been cancelled.
I forward all the documents to make my trip but they are not refunding money.
Please help.
