I had booked two flight tickets on **/**/** but it got cancelled. I got a call from customer support team after sometime and they informed me that my ticket got cancelled automatically due to technical reasons and the amount will reflect in my bank account within **-** days. But I have not received my refund yet and whenever I send an e-mail seeking information I get the same reply mentioning that they will initiate a refund.
