Adidas India Private Limited - Refund not received been 2 months

I have bought * shoes and then returned. For which I have got a confirmation saying they have received the product.
A refund was initiated, but there wasn’t any confirmation saying the same from their end (no email, message, nothing). And I also have not received any money to my account.
I have called the customer care multiple times, sent multiple emails and there’s no response.
All they say is that we'll get back to you - which they never will.
It’s been * months now and I've not got any reply from you team and it’s very disappointing to see this happen with a very huge store like ADIDAS.
