My return products were picked up on **th July and till date there is no refund processed. Every call to the customer support says the same thing give us **/** hours but its been weeks and no any resolution. Even emailed the grievance officer but still no any support or resolution.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
