I ordered a pair shoes from Adidas on **th November, which got tore down and got a hole within a week due when i was running.
After i sent the mail regarding this issue, they accepted that the product was faulty and it needs to be picked up for refund.
The pathetic and miserable customer service of Adidas kept on wasting my time on sending them mail and the delivery partner kept on rejecting my pickup. It happened thrice that the delivery partner rejected my return on the basis of no defective product information shared by them by Adidas.
I bought these shoes for my marathon training which was going to take place in February next yr . And this pathetic and poor services of Adidas left no option for me to practice for my race for more than * weeks and still the issue is not resolved.
This has impacted my daily routine, my preparation for the marathon and mental disadvantage for the marathon due to this worst services by the big name such as adidas.
