Adidas India Private Limited - No exchange no refund

I have ordered adidas yoga pant and jacket where I request return for the yoga pant as size is not available and request size exchange for jacket as it was little tight for me. Later delivery guy came and took the products than i received the call from the same guy stating there is article num mismatch in bill which is untrue. I have given justification for the same nd submitted all the proof over mail and same has been informed to manager vishal over call even after they are not ready to repay and sending products no update nothing from their end. Really it is terrible and worst experience.
