Byjus - Refund not received after cancellation during trial period

Hi,
Byjus representative reached home ,during course explanation he told all academics from my kids current school will be animated and available when i receive the tablet device, but Hindi and kannada was not there, called customer care but they argued that sales person would have told that language related learnings will not be available.. somehow managed to cancel the subscription before the trial period . they asked to pay additonal *K for books and tablet device apart from *K which i paid to sales person. They informed cancellation is successful but even after ** days there is no refund yet
