They canceled my bookings within * hours saying due to some internal issues. Apart from the problems I faced because of this in this COVID situation, I requested them to give me my refunds soon as I needed to book other mode of transport now it’s past ** working days and I still haven’t received my refunds. Very unhappy with the service
